FIRST KIDS
SUNDAYS
s Kinder through 5th Grade
Traditional Sunday School is offered at 10:00am on Sunday mornings. Preschool Sunday School is in the Nursery. Kindergarten-5th grade Sunday School classrooms are located on the third floor of the church building.
During the Sunday School hour, children will be taught by a dedicated group of church members. Each week, your child will learn a bible lesson using hands-on and engaging activities. In addition, each month we will have a monthly memory verse. Children are always encouraged to bring their Bibles to Sunday School.
Children’s Church takes place during the 11:00 am church service. Children begin worship in the Sanctuary with their families. Then, children are dismissed to attend Children’s Church for the remainder of the church service. Children’s Church takes place in the Chapel located to the left of the Nursery, behind the Sanctuary.
During Children’s Church, we sing praise and worship songs, pray, collect weekly offering, and participate in a lesson that follows Pastor Joseph’s Sunday sermon topic.
Nursery is available each Sunday morning from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
WEDNESDAYS
9:30 am Pray and Play Littles is a time for fun and fellowship with other moms, dads and their babies-preschool aged children. We play on the playground or in the church nursery.
4:30-5:15 pm Pray and Play Children of all ages and parents spend time in fellowship with each other. We play on the playground, play indoor games or do a fun craft. Pray and Play is a time to have some fun, prayer and fellowship!
5:15-6:00 pm Jubilee Kids rhythm & chimes Children ages Kindergarten-5th grade are welcome to join! Jubilee Kids is a fun and exciting time for children to enjoy rhythm games and activities, songs and learn to play chimes. Jubilee Kids is led by our hand bell director, director of music and a dedicated group of musicians within our church. Jubilee Kids will play chimes during worship services at least twice each school year. We practice each Wednesday during the school year from 5:15-6:00 pm on the 3rd floor in the main building. 6:00-6:45 pm Family Meal in the Family Life Center
6:45–7:45 pm FIRST KIDS Group Kids ages 3rd-5th have their FIRST KIDS group time. We participate in prayer time, Bible study, mission projects, hands-on activities, and much more! First Kids group is led by our Children’s Ministry Director, Ginger Morrison, and a dedicated group of FIRST KIDS volunteers. Kids must be picked up by a parent or family member at 7:45 on the third floor.
